Selina Nunn, of S&L Cleaning Services, has been employed to clean my holiday cottage in Thompson Norfolk since October 2017. My holiday lettings are arranged and managed by Sykes Holiday Cottages Limited who are extremely impressed with the 100% cleanliness rating which Deer Cottage enjoys, which is in a very large part due to S&L Cleaning Services. Selina is now very familiar with the holiday letting system and how important it is to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for all guests. The reviews and rating speak for themselves.
Selina works to a very high and exacting standard at all times, without prompting and always with an extremely professional manner, a great deal of energy and enthusiasm, a winning smile and cheery disposition. She is always thorough whether it be a deep clean – steam mopping floors, cleaning walls etc - or a clean on changeover days. On changeover days Selina will change the bedding and towels, bath mat and towelling robes, clean all of the cottage – bathroom, living room (which includes cleaning the log burner and glass plinth), outside patio with hot tub and outside furniture, hallway and kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped and Selina ensures that all equipment and appliances are left spotless for the next guests. Intuitively Selina knows the standard that is needed and demanded by myself as an owner and Sykes as a high profile and award winning holiday cottage rental company.
S&L Cleaning Service offer a very affordable service and without doubt it is great value for money. Selina is a great time keeper, nothing is too much trouble. She takes a great deal of interest in her work and the service is offered with a professional attitude and personal care. Selina is always researching new products and searching the internet for useful tips and ideas. Selina has an unrivalled work ethic and I cannot recommend Selina highly enough.
